Care Plan Terms

The Care Plan is our monthly service that keeps your website hosted, updated, secure, and running. These terms apply alongside our Service Terms.

What the plan includes

  • —Website hosting and SSL certificate
  • —Software, plugin, and platform updates
  • —Regular backups and restore if something breaks
  • —Uptime monitoring and security patching
  • —Small content changes, up to 30 minutes per month — text edits, swapping a photo, updating hours, prices, or a service description
  • —Booking and payment tools kept working as originally configured
  • —Email support with a one-business-day response

What it does not include

  • —New pages, redesigns, or new features
  • —New integrations or automation builds
  • —Content writing, photography, or graphic design
  • —Marketing, ad management, or SEO campaigns
  • —Fixing damage caused by changes you or a third party made to the site
  • —Third-party subscription costs, domain renewals, or premium licence fees

Anything outside the plan is quoted before we start. Unused monthly time does not roll over.

Billing

  • —Billed monthly in advance by automatic payment on the same date each month.
  • —Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST.
  • —If a payment fails, we will contact you and retry. Service may be suspended after 10 days of non-payment.
  • —We give 30 days' notice before any price change.

Cancelling

  • —You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice.
  • —The current month is not refunded. Service continues to the end of the notice period.
  • —On cancellation we provide a full export of your site files and database, and 14 days to arrange new hosting.
  • —After 30 days from cancellation, we may delete backups and hosted files. Keep your own copy.

Hosting is tied to the Care Plan. If you cancel, your site will come offline once the notice period ends unless you have moved it to your own hosting. Plan the move before you cancel, and we will help you do it cleanly.

Uptime and limits

We monitor your site and act quickly on outages, but hosting depends on infrastructure we do not own. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage and are not liable for lost revenue during downtime, whatever the cause.

Fair use

The plan is built for standard small-business sites. Sites with unusually high traffic, large media libraries, or heavy e-commerce load may need a different plan. We will talk to you before changing anything.
